Description: Quarterly Report for Electric Utilities, Licensees and Others as well as Interstate Natural Gas Pipeline companies: This form is filed by major and non-major companies. Major electrics are classified as having sales or transmission service that exceeds one of the following in each of the three previous years: (1) one million megawatt hours of total annual sales, (2) 100 megawatt hours of annual sales for resale, (3) 500 megawatt hours of annual gross interchange out, or (4) 500 megawatt hours of annual wheeling for others (deliveries plus losses). Non-major electrics are classified as having total annual sales of 10,000 megawatt hours or more in the previous year. Major gas pipeline companies are classified as having more than 50 million Mcf of annual combined gas transported or stored for a fee in each of the three previous years. Non-major gas pipeline companies are classified as having more than 200,000 Mcf of annual total gas sales or volume transactions in each of the three previous years.
Filing Deadline: After 2004, due 60 days after the quarter end for major filers and 70 days after quarter end for non-major filers.
