Description:	Annual Report for Major Electric Utilities, Licensees and Others: This form is filed by about 200 privately owned electric companies with annual sales or transmission service that exceeds one of the following: (1) one million megawatt hours of total annual sales, (2) 100 megawatt hours of annual sales for resale, (3) 500 megawatt hours of gross interchange out, or (4) 500 megawatt hours of wheeling for others (deliveries plus losses). The 140-page report contains general corporate information, financial statements and supporting schedules, and engineering statistics.
Filing Deadline:	Due April 30 of each year for previous calendar year. Absent waiver report must be filed in appropriate electronic format as well as appropriate paper submissions.
